Justin and Crystal are a vibrant and professional team from South Africa.  They have spent many years sailing, scuba diving, teaching water sports and catering all over the world.  Their passion for travel and meeting new people brought them to working Aldebaran in the beautiful waters of the British Virgin Islands.  Their welcoming personalities will relax you the moment you step aboard Aldebaran.  Join Justin and Crystal for the luxury vacation of a lifetime.

Justin your MCA Yacht Master Captain and Diving Instructor developed his sea legs at a very young age, having done his first ocean crossing at nine months old. He then spent part of his childhood in the islands of the Seychelles where his dad ran a charter yacht. His exposure to sailing and the island way of life fostered a wanderlust that resulted in Justin traveling extensively through Europe, the Caribbean, Australia and New Zealand. An avid sportsman, Justin has the patience and skills necessary to share his passions with beginners and more experienced water sport enthusiasts alike. He is equally comfortable below the surface and holds a PADI Dive Master Certificate. He loves to share the wonders of the BVI diving experience with his guests. Having spent 10 years in the charter yacht industry, Justin prides himself on his ability to multitask and is well known for his cocktail mixing skills and sense of humor.

Crystal Dauth your hostess, is an easy going warm person with a passion and creative flair for entertaining.  She is a South African chef hailing from Cape Town. Crystal has a degree in Marketing and advertising and started out her career in the Advertising world before she decided to pursue a career in the hospitality . Traveling through Europe and working in different restaurants enhanced Crystals love for delicious gourmet cuisine. After two years in Greece, Crystal went back home and found herself managing some of the top restaurants in Cape Town. Crystal was trained by a private chef before she decided to open her own restaurant which she had for 2 years before  leaving for the Caribbean to become a charter chef.  She prepares menus that are diverse and can suit every dietary need.

With 7 years experience as a charter chef, Crystal will cater to all your needs with her wonderful gourmet creations from all over the globe. With cooking being Crystal's biggest passion, she also enjoy scuba diving in the clear blue waters of the Caribbean.
