Justin and Cayley are a vibrant and professional couple from South Africa. They have spent most of their lives sailing, scuba diving, teaching water-sports and catering in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Their passion for travel and meeting new people brought them together 8 years ago, on the infamous seas of the South African coast. Justin your MCA Yacht Master Captain and Diving Instructor developed his sea legs at a very young age, having done his first ocean crossing at nine months old. He then spent part of his childhood in the islands of the Seychelles where his dad ran a charter yacht. His exposure to sailing and the island way of life fostered a wanderlust that resulted in Justin traveling extensively through Europe, the Caribbean, Australia and New Zealand. An avid sportsman, Justin has the patience and skills necessary to share his passions with beginners and more experienced water sport enthusiasts alike. He is equally comfortable below the surface and holds a PADI Dive Master Certificate. He loves to share the wonders of the BVI diving experience with his guests. Having spent 9 years in the charter yacht industry, Justin prides himself on his ability to multitask and is well known for his cocktail mixing skills and sense of humor.

Cayley, your hostess, is an easy going, warm person with a passion for the ocean and a creative flair for entertaining. She graduated as a Nursing Sister and specialized as a midwife but was soon drawn to the world of sailing where she met Justin. Years of experience in the charter industry have left her with skilled culinary abilities and an impressive attention to detail. Cayley has explored her love for cooking through her travels which helps her create delicious gourmet cuisine from every corner of the globe (see Cayley Dishes for some of her favorite recipes). She prepares menus that are diverse and can suit all dietary needs. Cayley is known by her friends as a real water baby, as she loves all water sports including surfing. A qualified diver, she loves to enjoy the wonders of the Caribbean waters with her guests. And as a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, she will gladly lead a relaxing yoga session in Paradise should her guests wish.
