When you are aboard Aldebaran Cayley is willing to prepare meals in any fashion you fancy. We work with you as your week of bliss approaches to fine tune every aspect of your dining pleasure to your specific needs. Aldebaran is your home for the week and Cayley is your personal chef! Below are some options available on Aldebaran:

Day 1
Fresh Caribbean mango, pineapple, and grapefruit platter, served with steaming hot croissants with French cheeses and jams;
Giant crab cakes with fresh mango salsa, and sweet chili on a bed of fresh greens and crispy focaccia;
Cheesy pastry puffs with bacon scallion deviled eggs;
Marinated Avo salad on a bed of spinach;
Fillet mignon with port cream reduction, portobello cous cous, and roasted red and yellow pepper coulees, roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes;
Lavender Panna Cotta

Day 2
Bacon, cheddar frittata with potato wedges and fresh tomato;
Caribbean chicken wrap, slow roasted chicken breast, and veggies in a lightly-spiced creamy curry on crisp salad;
Mini mushroom thyme quiche;
Steamed New Zealand green mussels in a broth of cream and parsley, served with hot fresh baguette to soak up every last inch of creamy yummy sauce;
Honey-soaked soy salmon seared to perfection;
Au gratin potatoes with hints of parmesan and fresh gingered stir-fry vegetables;
Green Tea;
Crème Brulee

Day 3
Creamy eggs benedict;
Spaghetti a la sun ripened tomatoes marinated and creamed with mascarpone. Served with crisp panko and parsley;
Smoked salmon on potato rosti with Swiss wasabi sauce;
Fresh portobello mushrooms steamed in white wine and grilled with delicate mozzarella and feta cheese;
Roasted rosemary garlic rack of lamb with fresh mint sauce. Gravy and roasted baby potatoes. Mediterranean grilled vegetables finish this fare perfectly;
Italibbean specialty (Caribbean tiramisu);
Try the rum and raisin Caribbean flair or ask your chef for the classic Italian tiramisu. Or if you have a soft spot for chocolate, try the double-decker chocolate tiramisu!
